Overview
Quick Action Buttons are designed to enhance our platform's usability by facilitating smoother transitions between case statuses and automatically capturing timestamps throughout the process. QABs improve data quality and enable more accurate calculations of the days out of service.
Quick Action Buttons aka QABs
Quick Action Buttons consist of a standardized set of well-defined and easily understood actions that execute automatically when clicked. There are four QABs available today.

To provide convenience, the QABs are easily accessible from various locations within and outside the Editing Case details page.

Notifications
To facilitate communication, pre-formatted email templates are used for sending QAB-generated notifications.
