Users have the ability to send notes to the customer and others at their service location.
Send Notes to the Customer
To send notes to a customer:
- From the All Cases page, select a case.
- From the Editing Case page, click NOTES.
- Select the correct list from the dropdown menu. Then highlight your recipients in the RECIPIENTS list.
NOTE: Up to 15 recipients can be selected. - Click ADD RECIPIENTS.
- In the NOTE field, enter the message you wish to convey to the customer.
- When complete, click SEND NOTE.
- The note will appear within the Previous Notes area along with a time/date stamp and recipients it was sent to.
Send Notes to Other Users at Your Service Location
To send notes to others at your service location:
- From the All Cases page, select a case.
- From the Editing Case page, click NOTES.
- Click the current RECIPIENT list and change it from the customer to your service location. NOTE: You can also select Field Managers.
- Highlight your recipients in the RECIPIENTS list.
NOTE: Up to 15 recipients can be selected. - Click ADD RECIPIENTS.
- In the NOTE field, enter the message you wish to convey to the customer.
- When complete, click SEND NOTE.
- The note will appear within the Previous Notes area along with a time/date stamp and recipients.
NOTE: This note will only be viewable by users from its same service location. Internal notes are green and display an Internal icon on the top right.
