To access Builder from Case, you must have Manager or above permission for the same service location in Case, as well as have been given access to Builder.
To access Builder from Case:
- Log into Case.
- Select your chosen location.
- In the upper right menu bar, click ADMIN.
- On the Administrative Tools page, click Manage Your Operations.
Builder will open in a new browser. If you are not already logged into Builder, you will be prompted to log in. This login is separate from your Case login account.
If you do not have a login for Builder:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Case username
- Email associated with your Case username
- Location ID of the entity you want to access in Builder
- Support will contact you to verify access and set you up with an account as permitted.
