The next release is primarily focused on longer term projects and back-end continuous improvements.  In addition to that, we have the following enhancements:

Vision (released this week)

Company Administrators - Prior to this release, Vision was limited to one company administrator per Vision account.  We released an enhancement to enable multiple company administrators per Vision account.

Attachments - Support for .heic file types

Recently, some newer Apple and Android devices have introduced .HEIC as a new photo/image file type. A .HEIC file is a "High-Efficiency Image Container" file. Users are having to convert those types of files to be .JPEG or other file types in order to attach photos to cases. We are working on an enhancement so that users will be able to attach .HEIC files to cases directly.

Bi-Directional Text Messaging (BDTM) and Mobile Communications

We are concluding the pilot period that we announced back in June of our new features to support BDTM and mobile communications.  We have worked with our OEM partners and dealers they have selected to pilot these new features and get the kinks out, and are now ready to release broadly to their entire dealer networks.  These features include:

• better ways to manage customer contacts, including mobile phone only contacts 
• the ability for dealers and customers to reply to case notifications and notes via SMS text or a mobile user interface, as well as to send notes to a case
• the ability for dealers and customers to be able to see the current list of cases in the mobile user interface
• the ability for customers to approve estimates at the line item level via the mobile user interface
