• Mobile check-in, customer search is now available on the home screen so you can start from a customer instead of an asset

• Integrations
  • DMS/DBS integrations
    • Bill To/Ship To Customer export, the exact same capitalization will be sent to the DMS/DBS that is in the customer record
    • DSI and Procede RO export, non-VIN asset support added.  For non-VIN assets, serial # will be sent to the DMS/DBS in the VIN field
    • DSI, Procede and Karmak Fusion, for more flexibility in labor pricing, VIN, Department Code and Job Code will all be sent in the labor inquiry
  • APIs
    • Service Management APIs, the APIs now support Tech Stories synchronization

  • Minor styling changes have been made to the top of the Editing Case screen to prepare for a planned timeline feature in the future
