Case V8.46.0 - September 2026

For the Case V8.46.0 Release, scheduled for September 11th, we have the following updates.

Enhancements: 

• Fuel Consumed Audit Logs | Audit Logs now show the unit of measure for fuel consumption changes.

Coming Soon (Launch Scheduled for September 21, 2026):

• Customer Re-Assignment on Active Cases | If a case was opened under the wrong customer, or a vehicle has been transferred to a new owner, you can correct the customer directly from the open case.

• Workflow Operation Status Visualization | Provides a clear, centralized view of all active repair jobs on the case—showing what work is in progress, who’s assigned to each task, and the current status—so you can quickly understand what’s happening at a glance.

Fuel Consumed

Audit Logs now show the unit of measure for fuel consumption changes. When the fuel consumed value on an asset changes, the Audit Log's Change column now displays the unit (e.g., gallons or liters) alongside the value, not just the number. This provides better visibility into exactly what changed, whether the update came through the UI or the API.

Customer Re-Assignment on Active Cases

If a case was opened under the wrong customer, or a vehicle has been transferred to a new owner, you can correct the customer directly from the open case. The application will walk you through the correction with a step-by-step process and handles the related updates automatically.

Depending on the case's current state, the application will either update the customer on the spot or create a corrected copy of the case and close the original. In some situations, the change cannot be made — the application will explain why.
