For this Release, we have the following enhancements:

• Ability to map Job Codes to Reason for Repair for Warranty & Manufacture Goodwill Line Item Operation Status

Associating Job Codes to Line Item Operations Reasons for Repair:

Administrative users can now map Job Codes to Warranty and Goodwill - Manufacturers' reason for repair by visiting the Job Codes area located under Customize Your Database in the Admin section of the portal. 

Once a Job Code is mapped to either Warranty or Goodwill - Manufacturers, users can update the Job Code associated with the line item operation on the case and the corresponding Reason for Repair will automatically update.
