For this Release, we have the following enhancements:
- Status Info/Repair Status - Relocation of the Repair Status on the Editing Case Screen in the Status Info Section
- Parts Search Modal - Removing Price and Core Price columns from Parts Search Modal
- Open/Pending Case Service Provider & Fleet Modals - Displaying Case information on Assets with Open Cases & Service Requests
- QAB Saved Responses - Ability to create Saved Responses from Case Quick Action Button Modals
- Chassis ID - Displaying Chassis ID on the Left Navigation area on the Editing Case Screen (Previously Released)
Status Info/Repair Status:
Repair Status, found in the Status Info section of the Editing Case Screen, has been moved from the lower section to the first row.
Parts Search Modal:
The Parts Search Modal for locations with Parts Search enabled as part of their DMS integration will no longer contain the Price and Core Price fields to help avoid displaying inaccurate price data.
Open/Pending Case Service Provider & Fleet Modals:
When creating a new case as a service provider or a service request as a fleet for an asset, users will receive a popup modal informing them of any pending service requests, open active cases, and open inactive cases related to the asset. This is to avoid creating duplicate cases and service requests.

QAB Saved Responses:
Now, users can create and use saved responses for the notes fields in all QABs (Check-In, Request Approval, Asset Ready, and Asset In Service) in addition to case notes. When entering a new note, and selecting "Save Response," the new note is saved for future use.
Chassis ID:
When adding a Chassis ID to an asset profile, the Chassis ID will display on the left navigation menu located on the Editing Case screen. If the asset profile doesn't contain a Chassis ID, then the ID will not be displayed.
