Your Default View is the initial Case View you see when you log into Vision.
This can be either an Account Favorite shared with your or a Favorite you created yourself. Your admin may have already set your Default View as an Account Favorite.
To set one of your Favorites as your Default View:
- In the upper left-hand corner of the menu bar, click your name.
- From the tabs that appear, select System Settings.
- From the Default View dropdown, select the Favorite you want as your Default View.
Only your Favorites and Account Favorites shared with you are available. - Click Submit.
The next time you log in, the Favorite you selected will display by default.
