Breadcrumbs have been added to the page to aid in navigating between Home, User Profile, and User Permissions pages

Defects

We have implemented fixes to the follow button functionality. Click on the follow button to follow or unfollow a ticket. When you follow a ticket, you will receive notifications about this ticket as per your notification preferences.

The message that appears when hovering over the follow button has been changed to reflect the correct action. When the button has not been pressed it will prompt to follow the ticket and when it is already pressed it will prompt to click to unfollow the ticket
