Messages Display on Mobile for Required Inspections

When you're completing an inspection form on a mobile device, a message now appears at the top of the screen letting you know if any of the specific line item locations require an outcome before you can complete the inspection.

Issue Fixed - Estimate PDF Times Display in Your Timezone

Posted Dates, ETRs, and any other date and time displayed on Estimate PDFs now appear in your timezone instead of defaulting to UTC.
