Fixes
Handling of contacts after an asset has been transferred
We resolved a concern brought to our attention around contacts. Now when you transfer an asset from one Customer to another Customer and create a case on that asset, neither the Primary Contact nor the Primary Driver associated with the first Customer will appear associated with the asset/case in any way.
Editing Case page: Notes section text not wrapping correctly
We have corrected an issue in the Editing Case page where, if you saved a long text string without a break (URL, etc.) to a note, it would not wrap correctly in the field. This would cause the notes section to expand with the text and would distort the view on the page. This issue has been corrected.
NOTE: At this time, Internet Explorer is unable to handle this fix so the problem will still be present if you use IE. The new fix does, however, work on Chrome without any issues.
Quickstop Banner does not display if customer name includes quotation marks
It was determined that customer names that include one or more quotation marks in the customer name field, for example Triple "R" Gas, the Quickstop Banner portion of the Editing Case screen no longer displayed on any case for that customer. This has been resolved and the Quickstop Banner now displays correctly for customer names that include quotation marks as expected.
Handling of asset search results display for registered fleet assets outside of the viewing provider's brand
We identified a display concern that may cause confusion when viewing the asset search results for assets that are a part of a registered fleet of another brand. What we found was that, if you searched for an asset that was of another brand and started a case on the asset, any subsequent asset searches would display the incorrect fleet branding icon and label of the location's brand where your location resides. This has been resolved so that the registered fleet designation does not change after you add or start a case on an asset associated with another brand.
Enhancements
Bulk add selected related operations
On the recommended operations pop up, the first column header now has a selection box so that all listed operations can be added at once. Selecting this box will cause all boxes below to become checked and the ADD SELECTED OPERATIONS button will become active.
‘Reason for Repair’: added to edit trail, reflects admin restrictions
Now, Reason for Repair is added to the audit trail of edited operations so it can be referenced in the event that follow-up is necessary to determine the reason. This Reason for Repair change will also now reflect any admin restrictions that you have previously enabled.
Editing Case screen: Workflow tab button change
We have provided more flexibility to the case Workflow feature by adding the ability to Assign the case to another user and stay in the case or Assign the case to another user and leave the case similar to the navigation you have for editing operations. This will reduce frustration by ensuring you know the flow depending on the button chosen.
